How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Advicegood Roofing deserves a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or writing to Advicegood Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Advicegood Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's charges or make decisions for a provider.

How to Complain

Email contact@advicegood.com with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if known
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider, and then tell you what we found and what we are doing about it.

Still Not Satisfied?

You can ask us to review our answer again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
