How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

When you call the number on this site or send the form, your request goes to an independent roofing provider who serves the Oklahoma City area, or to a partner who connects homeowners with those providers. There are no Advicegood Roofing employees on your roof. The person who inspects and quotes the job works for their own company.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a few simple questions:

  • Where is the home?
  • What is going on with the roof?
  • Is water coming inside right now?
  • How old is the roof, if you know?

From there, the provider explains the next step, usually an inspection. You can ask about timing, how they price work and what the visit involves. You do not have to agree to anything on the call.

Questions to Ask a Provider

Write these down before the inspection:

  • Are you insured for this work, and can I see proof?
  • Do you hold the licenses this job needs here?
  • Will the quote list materials, tear-off, disposal and permits?
  • How do you price rotten decking if you find it?
  • What warranty covers your workmanship, and for how long?
  • What is the payment schedule?

A careful provider answers without hesitation and puts the important parts in writing.

Safety Do and Do Not

Do keep children and pets clear of the work area. Do move cars out of the driveway on install day. Do not climb up to watch the crew, and do not let anyone pressure you into signing on the spot.

You Are in Control

You can stop at any point. Compare quotes, take a few days to think and ask more questions. The decision belongs to you.

Prefer Writing It Down?

Some homeowners find it easier to describe the problem in a form. Add your town, a short note about the roof and how you would like to be contacted, and a provider can follow up.
